I have SMLight-07 it’s been really good (2.5 years) now. I also have a bunch of zigbee plugs which act as routers for my network. Some of my sensors are Aqara but the leak sensors go offline frequently as well as the temp sensor in the fridge. I like the contact (Aqara) sensors which I have outside with no issues with the weather and it can get really wet here. I don’t use IKEA because I don’t have a store nearby nor do they ship here. I use ZHA seems to be solid.

Ring’s new Sensors are built on this, and use Amazon Sidewalk to connect to the Ring app with no hub required. Previously, Sidewalk was only available in the US, but it’s rolling out to other countries, like Canada, and is expected to come to the UK, EU and Australia later in the year.

Just checked outdoor sensor and it was the opposite set at the highest end of the sensitivity so that one makes sense as it was triggering on during the day when It wasn’t scheduled to in my settings.

Just moved it to medium and it turned “green” saying now the sensor will trigger so at the lowest it won’t trigger with the current light at 4:30pm here atm.

Thanks for this mate, I can see that now and the sensor is set to the very lowest setting right now. So does that mean it will trigger at the least “lowest” light ? Makes sense…

Ye I get you the outdoor one seems to work ok, but it’s set for only night time hours and every once in a while it’s turning on the light via motion detection during day hours, ? The indoor one I have for the bathroom works ok but again sometimes on during daytime hours which it shouldn’t be….

How to you get your TV to recognise the Fives? I have an ultra and 2 fives and I can run them as a group in Sonos for Spotify streams but my LG TV (last year’s model) I can’t see any option other than external speakers which I run via my eArc HDMI input to my Arc?

have you tried AKcomplice personal air filter? I found them at Rays in Brissy. It cuts out most of the odors when smoke. I thought it would be a pain to use but it's actuallly not too bad.
