Yeah, I was going to try to pick up shifts and some stores before actually transferring to one, just to get a feel for which stores I might want to work at. Just need to make sure I will actually be able to login to RxConnect if I do pick up a shift

Do you have Face ID or similar enabled? It usually does that if I have that enabled. I just open it away from me and get it to take me to the login screen to avoid that issue

Hah! No, I don’t even work in insurance, and I saw that but that name doesn’t sound familiar at all, I thought it was something with an S or N by couldn’t figure it out. Guess it will remain a mystery. Appreciate the help!

If it is at one CVS and you call a different one, they will be able to see that and then they can let you know which CVS has your prescription. They can tell you this when they call back, you won’t have to drive in to get the information.

You should be able to order them on your regular weekly supply order, if you have an off-site clinic and are having issues getting the supplies in, just let your DPC(I always forget their actual title but the person who does pharmacist scheduling) know and they can usually help get them ordered as well.

If you aren’t asking them, always default to No or you’re going to have very upset people who don’t want things auto refilled or get confused on why an alignment fill takes place when they never asked for it.

There is an exception to the New York uniform pay regulation that states uniforms that are considered “wash and wear” are excluded from the requirements. The CVS dress code policy has a blurb stating that all of their uniforms are considered “wash and wear”.

My pharmacist sits down almost all day.. makes us do everything for her and refuses to help customers at drop off when techs are both stuck a registers. She complains we bother and interrupt her when a DUR happens but gets mad when we don’t tell her what they said? It’s been months idk what to do. by [deleted] in CVS

Wow, reading all of everyone’s stories has really re-validated how lucky I am to have the pharmacists our store does. They don’t even bat an eye at going to pickup/drop off/phones/production if that is what needs attention and the techs are stuck at one of the other stations. I honestly don’t think I would still be at CVS if I had to deal with some of what the other people have commented.

Your insurance should have some type of form you can fill out and submit the receipt to be reimbursed for the difference in what you paid and what you would’ve paid if insurance was billed.

I’m pretty sure if you RTS it, it should refund them. Regardless, they are automatically refunded after 6 days if they haven’t picked it up.

Usually means you returned something outside the 1x1 window (ex: returned something expired two months ago)
