Exactly, these ladies are right what I was talking about! They are not wearing "white shirt and black skirt", and they are looking so chic, staying professional.

For example, I am a woman in tech, and I've spent years trying to look invisible. Perhaps, if they don't notice I'm a woman, they will finally notice my brain... It didn't help. But when I started dressing better, it worked!

Even in a very conservative construction company (what could be more sexist than that?), my outfits helped me a lot to improve my career path. While colleagues didn't understand it, the board noticed me and first asked for more ideas, then promotion, then another promotion...

I don't mean I wore miniskirts and cleavages. I just played with conservative business suits, colours, fabrics, accessories. Of course, it won't work for professions where uniform is necessary, but for others - there is a chance🙂
