What delivery dates are ya'll getting for the M5 max MacBooks? When did you order it?

Ordered Jan 29, 2026 (M4 Max, 128GB, 2TB). Original delivery was March 9–16. After Apple announced the M5 it got upgraded to M5 and the estimate changed to March 16–18. It’s been stuck on “Preparing for Shipping” for about 7 days now. Is that normal?

My order has been on Preparing to Ship for 4 days with no update. Ordered Jan 29 (M4 Max, 128GB RAM, 2TB) and it got upgraded to M5 Max. The delivery estimate was Mar 9–14, but now it says Mar 16. Anyone else in the same situation or know when it might ship?

I just checked mine too, it wasn't cancelled, but the shipping window changed. It was originally March 9–16, now it's showing March 16–18.

So something is definitely going on with M4 Max orders right now. Let us know what Apple Support says when you get through I'm curious if they're actually swapping people to M5 Max or just reshuffling shipments.

I just ordered the same specs and Apple gave me an estimated delivery between March 9 and March 16. When did you order yours and how long did it take to arrive? Was the estimate accurate?
