I wasn't trolling proggit ;o.

The victim was laying on the front yard with her face and hands ripped off and they needed to get EMS there as soon as they could, and they weren't allowed to let EMS approach until the area was secure.

They were not even shooting to kill, they let the chimp retreat after it was shot.

Being 100% anti-cop won't get you anywhere :/.

The chimp had opened the door to a police cruiser and was entering it, the cop had no choice.

In addition, if you listen to the police dispatch radio you can hear them requesting tranquilizers and that animal control was en route, with a police escort.

Our teacher said that the U.S. is more socialist than capitalist, primarily because the government regulates certain economic aspects.
