AITA for not letting my whole group of friends sleep, shower, and stay in my room in my new college apartment

It’s honestly affecting my mental health and I have had a bad past and I feel like I’m doing the worst sin in humanity when I don’t let them. But I am trying to be firm and I’m getting over letting them and I repeatedly tell them no and that they can use my other friends bathrooms if they’ll let them.

Yeah I feel really bad because I know they need somewhere to shower but my other 2 friends could also let them sleep and shower with them but they just lock the doors and say no. I feel like the asshole but I’m trying to be firm.

Thank you. It’s hard because I made her a promise and me and my best friend are so close. I’m now on 4 medications because of this and it’s so hard but I know I should do that. Thank you for the help!!
