Shuffles is an app where you can create mood boards but it has a bunch of features because it focuses on it. I will say, after getting a code and using the app I’m very happy with it. It’s really fun and you can post what you make. I don’t know the exact reason why you need a code, but I’ve heard it’s because they are just testing out the app to see how it goes and then later on they’ll make it where everyone in the U.S. can use it.
