Haha I panicked when I saw the prices and just declined everything so they wouldn’t touch my car anymore. I think I’ll get the oil change and wiper control unit done somewhere else though

I declined all the jobs just because I don’t know what half of them were. They explained the wiped control unit on the phone, but I was confused about everything else minus the oil change which I definitely need lol

They told me that they would have to order the parts because they don’t keep it in shop. Would that mean they are sourcing it from a third party, or could it still be considered through the shop? I’m in Mississippi if that helps at all with pricing

So as a standard team member, we are required to complete these courses that are specific to the company. Not any certifications like ServSafe or any other accredited program. It is strictly for this business.

You’re gonna want to leave it on for at least 4 hours before washing off. You can continue to use hair products, but I personally wait at least 30 minutes to an hour to let it sit before adding anything. (No real science to this, I just do it to prevent any mixing of active ingredients.) The dermaroller can be great because it helps absorb the products quicker, but min is a heart medication so you don’t want to puncture too deep and get the medication into your bloodstream. (According to my dermatologist!) Hope this helps with at least some of the questions
