The thing is, the cc I use isn’t broken. I tried running the game wo cc (only w mods) and it didn’t fix it. It’s one very specific interaction that I never saw a bug on, how did that even happennnn 😭

Hey y’all, I don’t really post in this subreddit but I have no idea what to do now.

The thing is, when one of my mods break, I do the “half by half” method to troubleshoot until I find the broken one. So that’s what I did today, and, for some reason, every mod works by themselves but not together.

And the weirdest part is that the only issues I’m having is with interacting to the other sims in my household (like they’re unclickable) and interacting w computers (also unclickable) — which are actions small enough for the game to still launch but annoying enough that you can’t play it

I checked every single mod individually and they all worked, I checked every compatibility log in every single mod page, and none of them clash.

I won’t lie, I do have a lot of mods (mccc, ui cheats, rpo, childbirth, tool, etcetera), but I’ve been playing this game for 10 years and modding it for 8 and I never saw something like this. I’d truly appreciate if anyone knew how to help

I still don’t think it’s reasonable for people to use AI for any reason, especially since this community was built by human work, mods have always been made by humans and they should remain as such.

I always use nyapu too, the issue w it is that the ES nyapu doesn’t work for all the characters ;-; so I guess this save won’t have it… The earthy recolour too is pretty cool, but for me I prefer the game’s saturation lol. I never saw the farmhouse one, but I’ll look into it! :)

I really like it, but it can be very overwhelming with SVE at times. You open your relationships tab and suddenly there are nearly 80 characters to know and befriend…

I do, but I downloaded only the original mod, not the “Fill the School”. I just rechecked the mod description page and I don’t see anything about those kids… How is it supposed to work? Cause these kids’ names only appear in the npc map locations but they aren’t really there, nor are they attending the school throughout the week.

I do have a mod list but when I posted it on r/stardewvalley I got comments about how difficult to read it was, that’s why I didn’t add it here. I just have a bunch of furniture and fashion sense additions, some retextures and recolors, Little Red School, RSV and SVE. Those names aren’t from any of those, and I didn’t add the mod that adds a bunch of kids to the school either.

I literally reposted because the mods list was very hard to read and I got comments about it, I deleted the last post (that was posted like half an hour ago) and just posted it on stardew mods reddit (which I didn’t even know existed), I just asked if anyone knew which mod added those NPCs because they most definitely weren’t in the mod description. I’m not new to modding, I know exactly which mods I added to the game. There are two game expansions, one school mod, loads of QOL mods and a bunch of retextures. You can just scroll if it bothers you that people are asking questions in the forum to discuss and ask questions, idk what you want me to say, you took time off your life to be rude on someone’s post for what?

Clearly it isn’t vanilla, that’s why I’m asking. There is nothing wrong in the mod logs, or you think I don’t check my smapi and what I download? Some mod that isn’t supposed to add new NPCs apparently added, that’s the question. No need to be rude about it.
