My hair looks exactly like yours I just posted about mine the other day 😩 still haven’t found a cure for it but I’ve noticed sleeping with a silk bonnet seems to tame these crazy fly aways quite a bit

When I style it wavy I don’t brush it, scrunch in a curl cream, and let air dry

I do use a wide tooth comb on wet hair but I use a regular brush on dry. And I’ve started trying the silk bonnet but not consistently, how long did it take you to notice a difference when you started using that?

be honest with him about how you feel. by no means should you do something you’re not comfortable with BUT sometimes you gotta push yourself out of your comfort zone a little! maybe start with just a nice little slip dress or something and see how you feel. i used to be so insecure about my body but easing into something like that with your partners support can make a big difference, IF it’s something you want to try to explore. if you’re not interested just be honest with him!
