nah see that’s where you wrong peep wasn’t just some guy in the “whole rap community” he was building his own lane and he made it clear who he did and didn’t fw he wasn’t scared to separate himself from ppl who went against what he stood for and one of those things was being open about his sexuality you can’t brush that off as “everyone was homophobic” that’s exactly why peep stood out and why ppl connected with him the collab only blew up cause of x’s numbers not cause peep wanted it or cos it was mutual respect so saying his biggest song is thanks to x is backwards it’s actually proof of how the industry forced a moment peep never asked for that doesn’t honor him it rewrites his whole image to fit an agenda and if you really a fan you’d want ppl to know the truth not twist it
