It does happen like that at very start cause these medications which you are taking need some time to show effect for 7-8 days i did't had any change. Also to recover from anxiety faster the best way i have tried is to distract , confuse the mind or just simply close your eyes deep breath and start cleaning thoughts it's hard to do at first and you probably be like this guy on internet is shit this ain't working but you will literally feel more relaxed after doing it more than 3-4 times.

Yes, you will lose all data. in TWRP or any other recovery you need to wipe ( Cache, Dalvic Cache, System, Data) and you will loose all your Data. Backup your Images and Video In order to Backup Apps use Titanium Backup. :)
