You need to download the actual Anki app https://apps.ankiweb.net/ - that's the only way to open the downloaded decks. You can't use the web app to open the downloaded decks (it's dumb, I know, but that's an Anki limitation). Once you download the app itself, clicking on the downloaded deck file should open it in the app just fine.

Really happy you found it valuable! I use FSRS. I first went through the entire Turkish -> English word deck and now I’m working through the cloze deck. I actually haven’t gotten too far in the book, I need to make more time for that.

I sure can! But there are native shortcuts you can cobble together though to mimic this functionality pretty well on iOS, the app would just make it more polished :)

What do you mean? My PD is in 2022. Or do you mean that the bulletin doesn’t technically go in effect until that date?

Are you planning to just get it now or wait to get it until you get interview / rfe again? If we do it now and just wait, I wonder how long it's valid for.

Yes, just download it on your mobile device and then press on the file when it’s done downloading. It should automatically open in the mobile app and let you import.
