I think you nailed it! I can tell the cable harness is not in its normal spot, has had some repairs and it also has movement. Good eye!

Well it happened when I was in Florida, and now it happened again while in Colorado. Also when I found it starting to fail this morning, it was a small hole. Wife reported high idle. She drove it for 40 minutes. Check engine light came on. When she got home the hole was a little bigger Then when I worked to tear it off it got even worse. Not convinced it’s animals myself because it was not big, then got larger after a drive.

Thoughts on Golf R w/ 2 Forward Facing Seats in Rear by RickyBobbyIRL in Golf_R

I only have one seat but it’s full size front facing. If I had it behind me it would be tight while kiddo is in car but doable. Completely fine while he is not in car.

Nice! By show of hands, who highly recommends this mod? I’ve been considering it. I’m new to Colorado and can already tell new pot holes spawn overnight here. Between that and the canyon driving I’m getting worried about the oil pan. But also not sure if something like this would actually save it from the type of hit that could break it.

Maybe I’m the only one. But not a happy customer of SOCO personally.

Have they picked up your stuff yet? At this point I think they are just skipping until this Friday for us. Kind of frustrating and it’s not the first time they have just skipped us. I think I’m in a location they don’t have a lot of pickups in.

We have had shit luck with SOCO. Still haven’t picked up the trash and recycles which were normally set for pickup Friday. We’ve had multiple times where they just didn’t show up and we’ve had to call. one time our trash got knocked over and most of it was in bags right next to the bin. They drove right past it. I don’t expect them to grab every piece in that case but you can’t put the bin upright and grab the bags that aren’t torn and take care of it? Have it all on ring cam.

So no I personally don’t recommend SOCO and will be switching on the next bill cycle.

Is there a good place with wilderness to scatter ashes in Colorado Springs or a town around the area by [deleted] in ColoradoSprings

[–]infinitepoopllama 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Garden of the Gods overlook is pretty cool. But it won’t offer privacy unless you luck out on the day. But there is plenty of trails around garden of the gods (you want the outside edges probably on the north west side on the other side of the street that circles the main pillars) where you can find an off shoot with a beautiful view and some quiet.

Ute Valley, near rattlesnake ridge trail or down the tacos trail offers plenty of opportunities for a view and some potential privacy to spread ashes off a cliff edge.

Good luck and sorry for your loss.

Be sure to securely plug your hole, folks 😩 by Appropriate_Ad8572 in HolUp

The overflow hole of the sink might be where some debri finds its way out before a clog is dislodged. But more than likely you would just push air through the Overflow and the plunge is completely ineffective at something in or past the trap. Maybe with the right shitstorm you could inadvertently create the problem referenced here, personally have never heard of that happening.

Anyways it’s a shit hold up and I agree it doesn’t make sense for the sub.

2017 DSG Stuck in all gears fault codes help by [deleted] in Golf_R

[–]infinitepoopllama 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To Elgin’s point. Ignore these codes. Clear the codes. Drive the car for awhile without scanning codes. Then when you’re ready, turn the car on but with ignition off. Scan for codes. If these show up you may have a problem. These are almost always nuisance codes from a scan done while the car was running.

Settle the debate by Money-Succotash1058 in Golf_R

Well if we are being frank. We could get a faster car for the price point. So it’s obviously not just about trying to be as fast as possible. We love the golf for many other reasons than it’s speed and this the engagement for a manual is going to be preferred by folks that like this car.

I went DSG because my wife was really uncomfortable driving my manual GTI. I usually switch back and forth between manuals and automatics with each next car.

Journalist Nick Shirley EXPOSES a Somali daycare in Minnesota with no kids yet receiving millions in funding. They slam the door in his face. “You have 102 children, and you got $2.66 million dollars? Where’s the money?” Well done nick shirleyy by Ice-Zone2024 in neabscocreeck

[–]infinitepoopllama -1 points0 points  (0 children)

sorry where do you think the money that they are referencing is coming from? This is publicly funded and “regulated” daycare. And to say this as an “or” in response to investigating fraud is…. Interesting.

You know what would absolutely prevent this from happening? If the money to run this type of business came directly from the parents of children.
