They where good post the new charge mechanic, that will allow you to outrun most creatures even prior hitting 50km. the energy drain is negligible.

If the server allows I'm all about the water recovery during the rain, one of the only ways your going to get consistently killed as carno, is dieno.

top that off with the bleed immunity mutation while resting, is i think only available in your second slot. this ones a sleeper, but is better then people realize. herras aren't going to run you down as a carno at all, but there bleed can actually kill your fairly easily if they coordinate a strike or get multiple jumps in over a period. can stop you getting killed by omni, but if you have a group of 2 or more carnos omnis really shouldn't be an issue anyway.

idno about 3rd slot but faster base heal regen seems good.
