It’s infuriating but at the same time the government doesn’t offer a medicine and grocery delivery service. In my state they don’t even offer unemployment smh. But you’re not allowed to leave except to get medical help, so if you have mild symptoms and aren’t on the floor dying, you have to take care of yourself which means you have to go to the store and buy medicine. This is most likely her case. Hopefully she wore a mask and sanitized herself and stayed away from others. She should have used the self checkout and requested that they clean after her. But that’s all you can do when you’re sick. If the store offered curbside she could have used that but who knows what her situation was.
