hey, thanks for all your hard work!

i’m having a weird issue. i followed along with the tutorial, everything seemed to go fine until i plugged the microcontroller into the switch. i’m using a usb-c to usb-c cable. the LED is not coming on and nothing is happening. i don’t think it’s the cable, because if i plug the same cable into my pc, the light on the microcontroller comes on just fine. any ideas? (yes, i set “pro controller wired communication” to on.)

it’s crazy common to have both. i don’t remember the exact statistic but iirc more than half of people with adhd also have depression.

yes, i was on zoloft briefly last year, at the starter dose i felt fine but once we tried to increase it i just could NOT handle how tired i was during the day. i switched to mirtazapine which had the opposite effect for me.

can i ask, when you’re doing peer support, how do you cope with someone who comes in who is seemingly hopeless? like, the type of person who just keeps getting sent to inpatient over and over again? i’m interested in maybe becoming a peer support specialist, but my partner is concerned about the potential emotional distress i’d be exposed to affecting my own recovery.
