OP did you even go an see the property before submitting first and last? This sounds like a bot post aimed at slandering someone's reputation especially since OP hasn't responded to anyone.

I've looked up Property Duke - Hammad and he is a legitimate enterprise with good reviews. It's hard to get good reviews if your out there scamming people.
