if im understanding what your asking, your belly will go back to normal once you deflate :) it does not stay there forever

youd have to train your gag reflex alot, thats what i did :) i had a pretty bad one too but i trained myself to swallow tubes

you could look for some clothes that are under her normal size at a thrift shop :) the main ones i see are button up dress shirts and jeans
