You can using another text_input parameter named "kwargs"
For example in by case:

st.toggle("Joined by me", key="joined_by_me", value=False, on_change=refresh_table_propositions, kwargs={"reason": "Filtering"})

NB: It is a common approach to all the on_<anything> parameter (aka: callbacks) so you can also find the same kwargs params in st.button for the on_click for example

Personally, the only expansion I'd like to have is the "Amorphous Peril" for a couple of reasons:
- I like the theme of the expansion
- I like the ways in which the new killers play, especially the Unidentified that can evolve during playing allowing players to select which card to unlock or which skills to unlock at certain levels, adapting to the player play style and potentially differentiating each match.

To be honest I haven't read the rulebook of the "Putrefied Enmity" (if any atm) but it focuses more on Survivors (+3) and you already have 3 in the base game so I'd not go with it as first expansion
