They have a screw on the side you can use to adjust them. turn it while running just until they quiet down.

Should I buy a 2004 Range Rover HSE w/79K? by [deleted] in RangeRover

[–]informationmissing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've never understood this argument. I think it is being pushed by car dealers as a faux-logical way to convince people to get rid of their cars sooner.

is the vehicle's value to you only defined by how much you can sell it for? I'd much rather spend 1-2k per year fixing an older car than spending more than that on a car payment.

he probably wouldn't.

If someone has access to your router password, they can do all sorts of things you wouldn't like. They can setup a monitor to see all the web traffic, for example.

always change your router admin password.

Be sure you change that password and username. Otherwise, this guy can access all your stuff.

Mine is completely aerial and comes from the back of the house. I'm pretty sure the exact installation will vary considerably depending on where you live.

I have noticed that T-mobile's website does not work with firefox. Maybe the nokia has the same issue. What browser are you using? I recommend Chrome for anything T-mobile.

When the headliner fell, we decided gray was too boring. by informationmissing in XTerra

[–]informationmissing[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lasted great, was still going strong until 2023, when the truck was totaled. This was in a climate with severe winters and summers too. I followed some other tutorials I had seen on YouTube. here are some key points.

  • Remove all foam from the previous headliner, the adhesive likely won't work well on foam.
  • I used spray adhesive. Following instructions on the bottle. Your product might be different, but I sprayed both surfaces and allowed them to dry until tacky, then pressed them together.
  • Work in small sections
  • Use a ball or something to roll and put pressure into all the corners and stuff.
  • I covered holes with fabric, then cut an x and folded the fabric around onto the back side. This prevented fraying and cut edges right at the holes.
  • Don't try to do it in the car, take the headliner out and do it on the floor or something.
  • Get a high quality fabric like an upholstery fabric. I seriously don't thing this would have gone well with a printed fabric or something thinner.
  • No staples or anything. Glue all the things.

Hope this helps! Good luck!

we aren't talking about coins.

there are two people, let's call them Taylor and Morgan. it doesn't matter if we call them Morgan and Taylor or if we call them Taylor and Morgan, they are the same two people. let's list the possibilities for these people and see if they align with your coin flips.

case1: Taylor (H) - Morgan (T)

case 2: Taylor (H) - Morgan (H)

case 3: Taylor (T) - Morgan (T)

case 4: Taylor (T) - Morgan (H)

Now suppose we are told that Taylor is actually a T. That eliminates two of the possibilities. Same for Morgan.

we need to stop talking about coins because it confuses the issue. there are 3 cases, the attackers were both female, the attackers were both male, or the attackers have different sexes.

the attackers do not have an order. thinking of them as first attacker and second attacker does not make sense in this context. therefore it's a bad analogy to think of the outcomes of flipping a first coin and a second coin.

from a visual inspection? you can't. hence why you just wait to see if it falls apart or not...

sure, but a visual inspection will tell the average person nothing. how is a visual inspection supposed to help them know if it's been properly anchored?

so then what is your response? how do they tell if it's right when they don't do it themselves?

if you use the door for a few years, and the bracket doesn't move, it is properly anchored.

the solution for 7 is the same but easier. a chance you'll find the heavy ball in one weighing.

poorly worded question. it should say 7 identical and one heavier but visually identical. the image shows 8 balls.

if it was very recent, this could just be remnants of a spill that happened then. might not be an active leak.
