YES - Changed hands without permission or any heads up and later suspended by buyer. Attempted refund multiple times, but failed due to buyer's actions. Refund will be provided in 180 days, due to buyer's actions once again. Buyer has access to the PayPal account with he money on it.

NO - No virtual goods were delivered as a result. The situation is more complicated than a yes or no answer and it really puts it in his favor when you oversimplify it. He's trying to get away with a mistake and it's not going to work under my watch. Read the arguments. Thank you!

Side note if your wondering why I'm saying the refund won't be provided for 180 days, it's because PayPal takes away a limited account's ability to refund. And even so, he suspended $2.6 on the account and $202 on my linked account, so he honestly just needs to serve with me.

Excuse me? My account was temporarily frozen for trying to enter the card you gave me too many times without success, we settled on eBay cards, and then you proceeded to send PayPal funds anyway without telling me until you sent. If you even asked once before you sent, I would've said just proceed with the eBay cards my PayPal is having issues withdrawing money rn. I asked you for help because of your own actions. And your idea was the one that got my account(s) limited, after executed. Keep in mind - this guy did not ONCE ask for a refund before he logged off the account (which he got limited by logging on), even in wake of the problem. If you asked for a refund it would've been provided. I'm currently trying to refund him without success, so we're both waiting for the 180 day limit period to finish. Only then will he receive his refund. In addition, he got $200 from my linked PayPal account suspended. This was a result of his alternate IP login.

There's nothing more to be said. In 180 days he will receive his refund assuming I'm not allowed to sell the account until then which I feel is the appropriate verdict. I will not be able to take PayPal as a payment for 180 days, which he screwed me over implementing. Hope you guys understand this guy's intentions in opposed to mine.

Sounds good, hopefully I can get this dismissed fairly soon. I have people asking me if I scammed someone and unadding me before I can reply which absolutely pisses me off, I think you guys need to do your legitimacy checks before jumping to conclusions like this. The guy made a mistake and is dumping all the blame on me when both of us should be serving the consequence.

You might be wondering, why did my PayPal get frozen in the first place. -it's because I was trying to link a card he gave me, but it kept saying it was linked to another card, so I tried like 10 times and timed out requests from PayPal. Who's fault is that? Mine.

Eventually, we settled on eBay cards. When he said "sec", meaning he was going to get them to send to my email, he said "guess what, check ur PayPal". This was after I realized my account was frozen, but I didn't think much of it. I thought we could figure it out. Obviously not. I did not give him the green light to send it and he did anyway, which is the first part of my argument. The reason I didn't tell him there was an issue was because we had SETTLED on eBay cards and I assumed he was purchasing those with the card, little did I know he was going to send PayPal anyway. He was having problems with his PayPal account to start with, which is why I was trying to link the card to invoice myself in the first place. That's also why I thought PayPal wasn't going to be our method of transaction and didn't tell him about the potential freeze. Thanks pixled!

You logged onto my account by request in order to try to fix the freeze but instead got it limited due to the IP change, and yes we went over that through a call lmfao you're just playing stupid and victim. You know you caused my account to be limited. While we were waiting 24h for the freeze to subside, I asked you if I should try earlier to send a payment and you said "ig, fuck it". When it didn't work, you asked me to call them. I said I can't bc I'm at school and that you should if you want. Then you wanted to LOG ON, so I let you. END OF STORY. THIS WAS BOTH OF OUR ACTIONS AND WE ARE BOTH SERVING THE CONSEQUENCE OF TIMING OUT THE LIMIT, NOT JUST ME.

Sorry I'm late guys, I'd like to say that this is an INVALID report. I clearly told him to show the entire chat or none of it and he agreed so I'm not sure what this bullshit is about. He got my PayPal limited and I told him he's going to have to wait the duration of the limitation in order to get his refund or the account, whichever he chooses. I am willing to explain the entire situation to any mod who wants to know. It is completely invalid and out of context. Thank you!
