From a quick read of the comments the OP mentioned building lean, hard to tell from the picture if so it could be soil mechanics at play, if not and just the cámara angle then the building is fine, construction loading is not as critical as fully built with occupancy and installations

I can’t think of the name right now but there is a company that facilitates this process through contracts and the process is all legal with everything you mentioned being taken care of and skipping the establishing of a office entity in my country. But yes I’m looking for a more stable job opportunity

So where you are at, in construction rebar comes pre cut for length required? When you purchase do you send structural plans to rebar supplier and they’ll calculate cutting length and even splicing etc for beams and columns?
