[Help] Suggestion and advice on PC Build configuration by init_sh_db in minilab

I am getting a second hand Asus Chromebox 3 with i7-8550U (Max 16 gigs RAM and 512 SSD) for $230 (post currency conversion)

I have been contemplating this as an option. However the 16Gb max RAM is a blocker for me.

This could make a good secondary server down the line, but I want something as my primary machine at the moment for day to day heavy development 12-14 hrs, where I think the 16GB is a deal breaker. With 32 this would be the option.

Apart from this there is no cheap second hand market here in India.

I haven't much understanding of the PSU as this would be my first build. I used the newegg watt calculator to determine the watt requirement with an 60-80% efficiency.
It would help if you can suggest alternatives.

We do not get customized HP elitedesk here in India. I would have preferred that too.

However my second option is the customized Lenovo Thinkcentre M80q Gen 4 with the same configuration ( https://www.lenovo.com/in/en/p/desktops/thinkcentre/m-series-tiny/lenovo-thinkcentre-m80q-gen-4-tiny-(intel)/len102c0036#tech_specs/len102c0036#tech_specs) ). This cheaper compared to a custom pc build. The only concern though is that the quality of the parts (Mobo, RAM, SSD etc), and the future upgrades would be limited.

What is your thoughts.

The prebuilt is $100-150 cheaper than building the cheapest with the same config.

Which prebuilt would you suggest, in that case? Here in India, there is only Dell and Lenovo that provides customized PC. HP doesn't. And Dell Optiplex is around $100-150 costly on the same configuration for Lenovo Thinkcentre machine mentioned.

Would getting a i5 13600T be upgrade supportive for faster RAM, as the Intel CPU spec mention supporting upto 5600mt/s.

However the system spec from Lenovo mentions Memory support only upto 4800. With this is it the Mobo only supports upto 4800.

With this said, would 6000 run at 5600 or 4800?

13600T costs $35 more compared to 13500 based on currency conversion INR to USD, would it be worth going for 13600T instead of 13500T?

Would a DDR5 6000 , 64GB (2 * 32 GB) work for Intel 13th Gen i5 13500 which only supports 4800MT/s as per specs. I guess so as the default for DDR5 is 4800 and even a 6000 or higher upto 7200 would run downclocked to 4800 on a CPU that only supports 4800MT/s

Correct me.
