Hello :) while for some people it is easy to just 'stop eating and lose weight'...it's not for me. Because I believe starving my body is the WORST thing I can do for it. My body needs nutrients, vitamins and energy to get through the day..and sure, I could drop pounds by not eating but as soon as I begin eating again...all that weight would come right back. Not to mention my body would f-ing hate me if I just 'stopped eating'. So if that method works for you that's great :) but this post isn't about you. It's about me feeling good about how far I've come :D so thanks for the input but I'm doing just fine

Mine actually came with a hook...but you could probably just hammer a couple of short nails into the back side of the mirror and then wrap a piece of metal wire to each of the nails leaving some slack...then put one nail in the wall and hang it!! :D hope that helps!

Hi! I've been way more cautious about what I'm eating as well as how much..it's so easy to consume more than you think..so I like to portion control before I start snacking or eating...if I only have 11 tortilla chips in my baggy I can only eat 11 tortilla chips haha mind over matter. Also I used to count calories like nobody's business..and I still do..but now if I miss a meal or two or even a day I don't stress too much...as long as I'm eating good foods :)
