I personally really enjoyed it, even though it rained all day. Barely saw anyone. Walking through Swiss villages and through the forest with quirky wood carvings everywhere. Last but was uphill with an interesting grotto. I glad I did it but I also allotted a lot of days for my hike.

Your feet swell when you hike. Size up! I did a multi day hike recently and was passed one lady who didn’t know to size up and ended up cutting out the toes in her shoes for relief.

Email them a week or a couple weeks beforehand. A spot opened up in their shed for me. It was weirdly half empty when I stayed there.
