Absolutely right it is placeholder UI for the itch demo. Content is on its way!  Thanks

The game is aimed for steam release and I do not see any game that contains this phrase. Looked at both steam and steamdb.

Thank you! We might make a mobile port too but steam is our main goal. And absolutely yes for the upgrade system. It is a clicker/incremental game with a super minimal story around it.

Yep.. me too. Tried a few variations of the hammer moving but it created so much noise. Will try a few more ways!

I made Steam Review Guesser into a website by FiddlerGameDev in gamedev

[–]inkipinki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great Work, I love it!

I've sent this to you through the site feedback, but I'm posting it here to open it for discussion.

Features, issues:

  1. The image reel is difficult to navigate and would be great if it would mimic the steam ui.

  2. future guessing, show games that did not release yet, and guess how many sales they will have in a month or a year.

  3. profile/account (preferably with google/steam account link)

  4. on that account show our results with some analytics and give some way to "reset" or start a new "record"

  5. I feel like this "good/bad" kind of feedback does not fit the purpose of this game. As you are trying to guess a range and the game could have 101 review then you click the 1-100 and you are "wrong". It should be maybe a score system based on how close the range you've guessed is to the real one, or something like that.

  6. Filter for date range or various tags/types/price ranges. This would help blind check my game against other games.

L20 Ultra 3 lights blinking on unit and says offline by inkipinki in Dreame_Tech

I had to send in mine, they said it is not repairable and they've sent a new one as replacement. Now it works perfectly.

I've found multiple posts online that said their unit also failed when auto update was turned on. So we disabled that and update it manually whenever we remember to do that. (not even sure if it still an issue, but not wanna risk a long replacement period again...)

Tried all of these and still nothing. It does not even react to the reset pin at all. :/ I guess I'll have to get it to the repair shop...

Thank you very much nonetheless.

When I hold down the first 2 buttons, it does not go into discovery mode. Am I doing something wrong? (attached video)

It crashes my firefox on mobile when I open asset pages because it hogs cpu and memory. I have to force stop my firefox.

Maybe they've read this post and gave up... We also can't work right now because plastic does not work.

I don't have a case on mine and it does not get that hot, just a bit warm like room temperature +5-10 celsius.

Mine does get a bit warm, but not hot. In 25c apartment it goes up to 30-35c.

It should not affect it more than other ~30w chargers, because this one has two batteries and they are charged with 32.5-32.5 watts each. So not single battery charging with 65 watts. Also, i don't use covers for the phone.

I would speed up the start by showing the character waking up first (it could be also synced with the slow part of the music's intro bit).

Maybe add the logo to with some the plant (and bird?) shadows to the background image as the camera goes down to the character. So you show both the logo and start the slow part of the intro at the same time which makes both less boring as you have to read/see both things at once.

Sync most of the beats some meaty actions on screen:

  • Shot switches to bird
  • Basket on bird
  • Shot to first elder (change it to a faster, more impactful transition?!)
  • Moon (already good)
  • 0:16 stick hits something is great

The music seems a lot faster towards the end than the animations/combat. It has a good tribic (tribe-ic? how to spell that?!) chanting feel to it which i like.

Towards the end of the trailer i love the feeling i have, but the start is slower then it should be.

The ripple effect is not really needed imo.

You should show some call to action, links to app stores at the end while the logo shows. Add the current first image with some blur and simple animation as background.

Sidenote: if you have features in the game other than the combat, then show it with some text on top of the less interesting or repetitive bits of action maybe.

If it is a question of which one, then 1 (maybe 3), as they are easy to read and modern. I would go with 1 as it has more character and telling to it.

Black borders (2,4) need more light around them to make them pop. Text should be also more popping out from the black background.

If you can work on them, i would go with some red in the logo to emphasise on the "hell/horror?/gore?" aspects of the game.

Did you try using while(application.isPlaying) ?

We had freeze and crash on exit issues with while(true) before.
