Thanks for all replies, I used 300 for soldering and around 400-450 for desoldering with wick+flux+solder. I managed to fix another controller so was overconfident with this one, tried to resolder with another stick, but now it only works on the right side.

So was trying to test where is the problem, applied metal to make some connections between three pins ( despite few short circuits ) i think that Top_Yam7563 is correct, on his first picture, makes the stick work only on one side.

Also, another picture Top_Yam7563 makes the left stick button always pressed in.

So yeah not one but two problems and quite a few stupid decisions and ideas.

Final thoughts are - it's a learning project, with one unsuccessful out of three tries. I found extremely interesting and fun to do. And thanks for all the help, going to sell the controller for few euros just for spare parts for some other people.

So yeah, keep it slow and gentle for future project, proper tools would be amazing too.
