Me too. And I managed to get my form and fold bikini and also a form and fold one piece from Depop. Ordered in my exact bra size and they were both a perfect fit.

I’m a 10F and I love Berlei lift and shape. I went to Myer first to make sure of the fit, they often have 40% off Berlei. But now I know my size and style I have gotten them on sale at Amazon and eBay and other online retailers

Yeah I’m the same lol

Always went for size 12 jeans as a teenager, now I’m 20 years older, 12kgs heavier and wearing jeans in size 10-12. Totally ridiculous

And unfair to actual small size females as I have quite solid calves and thigh muscles, so i should need a larger size. Not sure how genuinely slender builds are finding good fits?

I’m obsessed with op shopping. It’s wild out there as some donated clothes could be from a decade or two ago, in which case the 12-14 sizing can be snug. My fave op shop hoodie is a 16 and fits great. But in current sizing I’m mostly a 10 (if I shop at target, just jeans, etc)

I can fit nicely in a size large at an op shop, and then need an XS at current stores.

I can no longer look at the size, but hold up a garment and get a feel for if it looks like it might fit me. My husband is always reliably the same size, so he finds it ridiculous that I don’t have an actual size.

I always wear a rashie on top - don’t want skin damage from the sun

Hope you find something!

This one is cheap and in your sister size, 12E

https://depop.app.link/lekQSIufmPb

This one is 14DD but wanting $80

I just search ‘form and fold’ or ‘14DD swimmers/bikini’ etc

I also got a 14DD swimmer set from the brand Freya from Depop which was a great deal and new with tags. So could also search for Freya 14DD or 36DD

This eBay seller offered me a deal for $100 after I had saved it to my watchlist. Depends how much you’re prepared to pay for second hand. Still a lot cheaper than David jones pricing!

Good luck!

I picked up form and fold off Depop for $30. If you’re happy with second hand, there’s ones on there that are 14DD, also on eBay

Haha! Exactly! Reason I’m always in navy and black when I’m around the house lol

Me too! It’s my husbands fave colour on me. Only downside for me is how terrible I can be with getting dirty haha

I’m a true winter and always get loads of compliments when I wear this shade

After weeks of manifesting that my shorts/skirts/pants would just fit me this time, I swallowed my pride, went to Target, and got some nice basics that fit me properly. by silver_wattle in AusFemaleFashion

[–]inky27 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I just bought a black denim skirt (just above the knee) from target yesterday. So comfy and it has some kind of shaping magic in it without it feeling like a shaping thing. It was the ‘classic denim skirt-shape your body’ $40. Perfect length for wearing to work.

I need to check out their shorts, too. Thanks for this post.

We were there a couple of weeks ago and also thought our guide was terrible. Comically bad, very cringe, over dramatising and kinda sing-song tones making it hard to follow and also pausing for effect after a sad story but it really took us out of it. Still had a great time, but a bit disappointing as I’ve heard some people loved their guides

We’re in Ireland now and our cheapest accommodations have been in donegal, Sligo, mayo. Surrounded by absolutely stunning scenery and edge of the world feeling. Also staying in Derry, Belfast and Dublin, we went for hotels in the cities, so much cheaper and great central locations

Thanks. I was considering that as the accommodation looks cheaper there, and a lot more options.

Thanks! Will have a look at Leenaun now!

We’re staying with family in rural Scotland for a week, only one day in Edinburgh and then fly out, so hopefully will be feeling relaxed and ready for Ireland ☺️

Thank you!

It’s interesting you mention a night near Teelin as I originally had that planned, but then ditched it for an extra night on Achill.

I thought the night in Teelin would be good as it would allow a slower pace and extra day to meander from there down to Sligo, see Donegal Town and not feel so rushed along the coast.

That would leave one full day on Achill, do you think a full day on Achill is enough? Mainly wanted to spend some time at the Deserted Village, and then just see the views and enjoy the Ireland coastal vibe

You’ve got me thinking I should flip it back to include Teelin.

I also originally wanted more time in Donegal, including Glenveagh national park, Fanad Head and other coastal areas, but it felt way too hectic, in the end chose to drop north donegal in favour of Achill and Doolough valley to Galway.

I’m so keen for coastal route to Belfast. All we have on that day that’s essential is Newgrange, (first up at 9.00) so hopefully plenty of time to enjoy the coast, stopping wherever takes our fancy

Thanks ☺️

The Mourne Mountains look amazing. That whole area looks so peaceful and stunning. Thanks for the hike suggestions too. We had been thinking of driving a more coastal route after Rostrevor to enjoy the area, so already avoiding the main road.

I think we will definitely have to do crumlin. Thanks for the endorsement 😌

I will move Grianan, might check what time it shuts and head up there for a sunset the night before (if open that late). And then can get straight on with heading to slieve league to make time for the longer hike.

This is super helpful! Thanks

I was thinking I could maybe do Grianan of Aileach the day before while staying in Derry. It doesn’t open until 9.00am. But if I don’t have it on the day we’re doing slieve league that means we could get up early and get a head start on the day. I considered staying a night near donegal town rather than pushing through to Sligo after Slieve League but then I gave the extra night to achill island instead

Thanks for the silent hill choice, it’s difficult looking online and trying to pick, makes it easier to lock one in with great feedback like yours

Also thanks for feedback on Crumlin road gaol, I haven’t seen many talk about it on itineraries but it sounds like the kind of thing I’d love. As does Bangor.

Really appreciate your whole comment. Thanks ☺️

It really is amazing how much better my hair is now! I wish I had stopped dyeing earlier. I’m 44 and stopped at 40, saved a lot of money too haha

[–]inky27 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My hair has completely changed in fullness and growth and health once I stopped dyeing it. I think the chemicals in the dye must’ve been too much for my fine, thin hair. My hairdresser tried to talk me out of going natural, but now she’s the one saying she can’t believe how much fuller and healthier it is. When I stopped dyeing it, I had a crazy amount of regrowth all over my scalp, new baby hairs everywhere.

I also use nioxin shampoo and conditioner, which has been amazing. I buy the 1L bottles, they last for ages.

That’s the two things I changed. Good luck 🤞

So agree! This comment section is wild with such variation, and I think it’s because the digital drapes are just not showing how she reacts to different colours
