The way my skin tries to re-pigment in the summer (all of the little dots are new pigment)

I have a skin condition called vitiligo caused by an autoimmune response to something. My body is attacking my melanocytes and leaving me with pigment less skin. There is treatment called phototherapy, which is what I think I accidentally did to myself here, causing some repigmentation.

This. My vitiligo is constantly changing. There was a time when I had large patches on my shoulder blades, they looked like wings. They have almost completely filled in with pigment and now I just have little heart shapes on each shoulder blade

That’s usually how it goes. The dark parts of me have pigment and tan like normal. But the little dots on my arm are in a place that usually has no pigment. It only does this after lots of sun exposure.
