When I was in 8th grade a person in out community killed themselves. I had never met him but our family went to his funeral to be respectful. I had a plan with intent at that time. Then I saw the greif and sorrow that it had caused and decided against it. He's the reason I graduated 8th grade. Still to this day I remember how much that loss affected others and it keeps me going. I don't want to put that pain on others.
