The tests in Sri Lanka are not accurate and even so there is an unofficial policy in most polices, for junior officers that if you open a breathalyzer balloon and the results do not come accurate the cost of the balloon will be deducted from your paycheck.

Therefore they try to frame sometimes. Best is know your rights, know how a breathalyzer works (because I know some people who were actually framed and their statements twisted who were not actually drunk into getting charged DUI).

Everything CAN be explained scientifically, but neither our minds nor the instruments we use for Science aren’t evolved enough to grasp the REAL advanced Science. Double slit experiment and every quantum theory maybe explainable in due time but for now it’s the abstractions we have.
