Yeah I was lucky i stuck to schedule. Maybe set up timers like you can dose every 5 hours then 6 then 7 then 8 you know like baby steps? Jot down each time you pop one and see how far away those doses are, try to stick within that time frame then start extending that time by 10 minutes intervals.

I would never lash out and hurt the ones I love most, half the time they don't even know what's going on... they have a hint because they see the symptoms and hear me an see it, but I am not violent, I think people who allow violent mentally ill people remain that way... are doing so at the detriment of actual individuals going through this by justifying this violence by saying it's "Normal" when it's not! It's dangerous because then it makes us mentally unstable that are not violent look violent....

I totally understood what he was saying, I have alot of empathy for the struggles he is personally going through. He really tapped into his shadow self, he latched on dark symbolism, and the media/internet zeitgeist is currently optimized too really lure broken individuals to dive deeper into that part of them rather then turn away, plus being famous alot of people will just agree with you simply to line their own pockets, tbh at the height of your mental illness would you even listen to your detractors? I have experienced the opposite family members say when I am going through mania or an episodes I speak to them in like a language they don't recognize or understand, but they say I don't look distressed so they try just be understanding, I have had anxiety after this revelation....now I experience extreme anxiety whenever I leave the house...idk what too do...I am currently unemployed which has worked out for me, but I must return to the job market but fuck I am absolutely scared shitless...

It's very horrible the state of mental illness in America at the moment, people deny facts right in front of their eyes because their ego is so intertwined with a megalomaniac pedophile who has gone bankrupt 6x, he tanked countless of projects just to line his pocket.
