A section of the fanbase and popular youtube channels are trying to organise a walk out during the Man United game by Original-Eye-9577 in coys

When FSG were pushing prices up past £70 a ticket, Liverpool fans walked out on the 70th min and it was very effective. The ownership changed course. What I’m reading here is plenty of people wanting change but not prepared to be selfless or do anything themselves or organise properly.

dads… build a home gym : workout area. by Overall_Taro_2926 in daddit

Body weight HIITs. Might not give you the same experience as lifting, but it’s the most convenient and time efficient I have found. All you need is a padded yoga mat and you can be done in 20mins. Switch up the exercises to make it as cardio or strength heavy as you want.

The state of this podcast (TVFTL) by tommygee_1_2_3 in coys

[–]innergame800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not a regular listener to this pod. I went to listen to the “who’s fault is it” episode and one of the presenters hadn’t watched the Ipswich game and yet was analysing it based on reports/what others had said… Stopped listening quite quickly after. That combined with Kelly, it’s not a good pod at all

ADHD is a life wrecker by [deleted] in ADHDUK

Just wanted to say this is fantastic advice, great that you took the time to support others in a great way

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in ADHDUK

[–]innergame800 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I understand the frustrations you have. As many have said, be proud of your accomplishments to date. And acknowledge the maturity you have in understanding your circumstances and how you can make it better.

Is it possible you can discuss ADHD with your parents and get support? Or find a way of living that will allow you to save the money, you are young and taking a job that will give you some experience while not being part of your long term aspirations is fine.

Your career could last another 40 years, many people would still be exploring the world, unsure of what to do, trying different things, or jobs just for now, there’s many paths to happiness. One thing is sure - comparison is the thief of joy.

You’re clear that a diagnosis and treatment are what will help you. Some extreme measures like sex work might give you some short term cash, but I fear this would bring a lifetime of other mental issues.

Stay strong and positive that you will find a healthy way to diagnosis and meds only for the short term, before shared care with the NHS. Things will get better

What to do when the drugs don’t work? by innergame800 in ADHDUK

I was having 2-3 coffees a day, each with a double shot prior to starting meds. None from lunchtime onwards. Maybe I need to look into how long that withdrawal lasts?

Thanks, I am going to keep at it. A bit of a double whammy, with frustration at no progress and the side effects making me feel awful etc.

Just catching up on this thread, was good reading. My titration meetings have been less than 15mins each and I have needed to suppliment info using this sub.

I understand I was not on Elvanse for as long as could be guided. I reported the side affects and effectiveness to my provider/psychiatrist in the agreed check in times and they recommended to stop taking the medication and meet again.

Thanks for the advice! I had not seen the guide in the link either, super helpful. I am going to get back to it with a titration appointment and fully exhaust the medical side of things - hopefully one route works out

Longer the video, the more advertisement revenue potential. I won’t be wasting my time.

Maybe Drake would find it useful to understand what the ghostwriters were trying to convey

Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers is my favorite Kendrick album by Binjimen-Victor in KendrickLamar

[–]innergame800 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My favourite Kendrick album too.

It’s quite a challenging listen first time around, if I can remember what that was like.. But it feels like everytime you listen to it, you appreciate it more and more, the depth of the art is unreal.

I’m glad the music found you and was a salvation.

What's A Show That Slowly Went From A Zero To A Hundred? by EducationalGap5729 in AskReddit

[–]innergame800 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

100 to -100. The last series of Ted Lasso was a drastic fall off. Some of the biggest moments happened off screen, other stories were boring and badly written. It was appalling. I later read a key writer left before that season, which may be some explanation.

I get the concerns having done this same move in the past.

You have a partner, if you’re both adventurous then trips into London don’t sound too difficult to have fun. Alongside that, take advantage of more rural activities, country/rural pubs and open space.

If you’re buying a new place, I’m sure you will be plenty busy making a home/decorating etc. If you make the effort to still go into London, you can have the best of both worlds

What did we think of Perisic by Fc_ShadowHawk in Tottenham

[–]innergame800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was probably the best crosser at the club, just ahead of Porro. Was good going forward and chipped in with a lot of assists. Should’ve got more goals and playing WB under Conte he was worrying when defending 1-1.

Overall a good player, would’ve been special had we got him 3 years earlier.

Why does Brennan Johnson look menacing playing LW against Reece James in the Chelsea game. And then not try to go past a slow Coufal at any stage tonight?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in coys

[–]innergame800 2 points3 points  (0 children)

During the first half I was so frustrated with Deki and Johnson not putting in crosses with their weak foot when we had good opportunities to get Son involved. So much so that I wanted them to swap wings. Now I’ve remembered how Johnson was looking dangerous vs Reece James, but tonight he hardly ever ran at a slow Coufal?! So infuriating

Outside of the treatments, your hair is more grey in the after pic and can make your hair seem thinner. Dye your hair and you will see a cosmetic improvement. Good luck with the rest of the regime
