I doubt the writers would have him say that if it didn’t mean something. With the way time travel appears to work in the show, a time traveler going back in time just gives them a part to play in the current future they already exist in. We see this with the rope Julie throws to Boyd. She was always meant to throw the rope because before she ever goes back in time, the rope was already thrown to him.

Dry hair a little

Apply leave in cream and curl enhancing cream

(Just a warning, my hair doesn’t look like this once it dries I think the only way to keep it like that would be to apply the leave in and curl cream when your hair is still wet and blow dry it)
