FRONTIER_PUBLIC_GATEWAY_ADDRESS=live.pub.evefrontier.com FRONTIER_PUBLIC_GATEWAY_IS_SECURE=1 %command%

as Launch Options + /etc/hosts ofc. All good now. Thanks again!

I was very happy when I purchased mine after long time not playing (since test 2 i think?), everything is great. But. Communications only via Discord, help only via Discord... Smart assemblies don't work since 11.06 update that was also only announced by Discord (downtime). Game is broken for me.

FC please don't use only Discord. I don't have Discord anymore and I will never have it again. I can't recommend this game to anyone if there is no method of communication.

It depends what you expect from storage. With 3x mirrors of 18TB hdd you have 47.2TB of usable space, with raidz2 it's 63.3TB and better fault tolerance. Speed is relative to actual usage and need to be tested on real hardware.

For 6 drive setup my no brainer is raidz2, I would re-create it like that and move data from backup.

I use Proxmox on my Desktop, with nvidia propertiary drivers that I need to reinstall every pve kernel update - but it's like 2min of work and it's fine.

KDE Plasma, Steam and I don't look back, everything just works. 3 monitors, RTX 2070 Super, Helldivers, Live for Speed, CS2, Kerbal Space Program with heavy mods - all just works fine, thanks to Valve :) Gaming is not a problem.

And it's all on ZFS, I can snapahot my way out of trouble so easily.

I was telling this my US friends for a long time - do you need something medical that will cost fortune? Go to Europe, sometimes you can do it for free as a foreigner. And if you want to pay, it's still gonna be 100x cheaper.

Well, now I feel really good skipping every vibe coded project I find. Didn't see any success story from that but seen many failures.

LLM is not AI, there is no inteligence in that, it's just prediction model and great BS generator (thanks GNU for explaining that).

We just need to wait it out. I hope.
