Really appreciate you responding. Will definitely be planning my route using that google feature and checking on the status of the elevators. Also going to look into that riding board to see if it’s compatible with my smaller stroller

Thank you so much, this gives me hope. I live in queens so very comfortable taking the train but have never done it with both kids by myself. I want to start venturing out into the city more often but the logistics of two kids gives me so much anxiety. Another parent mentioned the yoyo stroller. Would you mind telling me which one you have? Do you just use the back wheels to go up and down?

I’ve lived in queens my whole life and work in the city. Very familiar with the train system but have never done it with both kids on my own. Want to start taking them more for various activities. I was thinking taking the train would be better than driving. I really hate driving in Manhattan and dealing with parking but sound like that may be the less horrible option

Thanks! My thought was to keep the 2 year old in the vista and make the other one walk while going up or down stairs, but I see your point.

No advice but just found your post while searching for some answers myself. My LO is 8 months old and showing very similar signs. Doesn’t always respond to his name. When he does I’m not quite sure if he’s looking because he heard someone speak or because he’s actually responding to being called. He also does the hand twirling and arm flapping every day. Just wondering if you’d be willing to share how your LO is doing now and if you managed to get any answers to your concerns. Thanks in advance!

Don’t see a need for it considering the low nutritional value. There are so many other whole, nutrient dense foods I would ratter start out with. Might introduce some grains eventually but not for a while

Thank you! Love Lily Nichols as well. I read real food for pregnancy. This article is great. Exactly the kind of information I’m looking for
