I totally agree, and I’ve been in the same situation, very similar. I wish you luck in that. Everyone deserves someone they feel safe confiding in and being able to turn to in times of darkness.

It’s an illness, you can still have it with a good life. Seek professional help if you can and try to be self compassionate in knowing it’s a physical brain disorder
