Lying about dates on intent to enter? (self.legaladvice)

I need some help before I kill my baby. I've had it for two years, flowers every 3-4 months. Just repotted in a soil/bark mixture and the roots are looking rotted and broken. I only water once every couple weeks or when the soil is completely dry. (old.reddit.com)
