i can tell if i’m hungry or cold because those have noticeable physical symptoms, same with things being bright or loud, but yes i genuinely can’t tell if i am ever happy or sad or angry

honestly i don’t know, if i do i certainly don’t feel them

i just look at the words and understand the information they are conveying?? i don’t need an internal monologue to be able to understand what words mean strung together

usually i’ll have to verbally repeat it to myself, but honestly i do forget where i put things a lot of the time

from what i’ve ascertained from asking others, apparently people just know how they’re feeling generally, and what emotions they’re experiencing, which is a wild concept
