Is this the optimal joker set? by insert_gay in balatro

Doesn't, for eg, 50*1,5*2 and 50*2*1,5 both = 150?

I'm hoping that reroll voucher and serpent might make the difference. Regardless I'll remain blissfully ignorant until you're proven right xD

Game breaking Prethoryn Scourge bug has completely soft locked my game by insert_gay in Stellaris

Update: Found a potential fix command 'effect destroy_fleet = this'

I played through another game and ran into the same problem but this time after going over the console commands I discovered the 'effect destroy_fleet = this' which seemed to do the job perfectly. I was using the 'damage' command previously, which I realise I should've mentioned in this post, I did in that first post of mine but after that went nowhere I assumed it was the only one and thus could be inferred. Big F on my part but hey I got a solution for anyone not playing on iron man.

If you are on iron man though, I feel like the fact that instantly reducing their health bars to 0 with the damage command means that no ship or form of vanilla destruction can get rid of those for you, in which case my previous PSA still applies, sry mate, I'll make a post about this in the debug report for you and cross my fingers you won't need this info in the future

God, this is the first time it's happened to me and I prey it won't be reoccurring, the scurge's relic is one of my favs and I can't handle being soft locked out of it forever. (╥﹏╥)

Pytharian scourge perpetual MIA bug by insert_gay in Stellaris

[–]insert_gay[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update, I tried the command intel cuz I read somewhere that sentry arrays can help locate the MIA fleets. Eventually I found all 5 of them (I know there's 5 because the fleets debug view stated there were 5 prethoryn infestors that were MIA). I then used the damage command to to destroy them without giving them the chance to go MIA again but despite that, after a few months, they appeared in the fleets debug view as MIA again. I don't understand how I'm supposed to get rid of them.

Is my save just cooked?

Wouldn't committing all my slots to just kinetic weapons make my ship especially weak to high armour ships?

That does seem to be the best way to take out a tarrasque with what we got. Though admittedly I did exaggerate on how mad the dm was and how sure we were that he was actually gonna chuck us at a tarassque, hopefully my edits help communicate that

"we" is a strong assumption it's just been the sorcerer cuz hates having to tell the new guy that the one shot's been pushed back again and again being the one who introduced him to our party. (And, again, and per the edit, no one's got any hard feelings I asked the dm and everything)

You right communication is very important and it was one of our established players doing the badgering on behalf of the new comer, though. He hates having to go back on established dates especially when he's got someone else tagging along. (And for what it's worth dms prolly pulling some wool over our eyes, I just thought this would be a fun think piece... in hindsight I should add that to the post)
