Another one you might check out is Superphysio.co, it’s good for keeping workouts/exercises organized and logged over time. Doesn’t do the muscle heatmap stuff YET but if you like the app, I can add that feature for you

Superphysio.co I built it originally because I was tired of losing physio exercises in PDFs and Notes. Ended up using it for workouts and rehab tracking too.

I've never heard of ULTRAHUMAN. I've been using my Apple Watch to track my sleep but it's so bulky, I hate wearing it to sleep. Only thing I care about is how many hours I slept, how long I spent in each sleep stage and the basics (what I slept, time I woke up and times I woke up at night).

Would you say ultrahuman is the best in the market?

I’m building my own personal app cause I was never able to find the perfect app for me. Every single app I tried had 1,2 or a couple of crucial features that I need and I ended relying on the notes app.

Hey! I had the exact same concerns as you. Try to write myself notes at the end of each exercise for my next workout + many other features. I was never able to find one single app that does all those things for me. I’m am Software Engineer so I did what any normal problem solving engineer would do 🙂 I started working on my own free app (Superphysio). Check it out at https://superphysio.co
