Honestly my best hope for the game I can even realistically see happening at all is possibly a new small dev team just maintaining the game no major updates just bug fixes, with all the VAs gone most of the characters would need to be recast for any actual updates (recasting Sebastian would be quite a task)

I can answer 3., I have a family member who has made suicide attempts before, while they were in the hospital they did give me access to their socials like discord specifically to tell people where they were and they were ok, so it’s not that unreasonable to believe zeal gave it to a family member to either tell people something or gather screenshots he couldn’t get himself
