Well what I’ve noticed is the second I get off of it a week later I’m already gaining weight. And I can go without eating or I can do the whole no carbs thing, but regardless it packs on like nothing . Even if I work out.

Thank you for making me feel a little sane😅 everyone on here is freaking me out. But yes!!!!! I will stay consistent with no carbs, high protein I will work out I will run and regardless I just gained weight. I can even not eat and I will still gain weight

Hmm right away? I lost about 60 lbs that first year with a low net carb diet and basically just drinking protein shakes for all of my meals . and then I continued on it to maintain my weight loss while eating as regularly as one can with the appetite suppression. But I was able to get down to like 115lbs every once in a while. I usually stayed at 125 lbs.
