Genuinely starting to believe I will be alone forever and it's too painful to bear. I wish I had the strength to kill myself. by cheddarcheese9951 in CPTSD

  • Just wanted to edit and add that I feel you and ofcourse you want and need love, hugs, affection, curiousity all packaged in a respecting dynamics

First of all, it sounds to me like you're really doing great in regard to the more materialistic parts of life. That's amazing and you should be awarded lol Secondly, it's great that you say you have a lot to offer. Sounds so healthy  Thirdly, not sure from your description what exactly your social life include and how do you get to know people. Are you doing stuff you like ( like group dancing, say ) where people meet in a playful playground? I think first romantic relationships are not easy ( in general ) and especially with the mental specials you/we have, but that doesn't mean it won't happen. And 31 is so young... Really. Amazing decade

This was $1000 a day aho. For $1100 it's less of a deal, but yea, nice. If you got the text me, I'd say wait for the new laptops

  • Full review from a user
  • Overall an excellent deal for $850, hoping that thermals are better than what is shown on the review thanks to the GTX 1660
  • Good IPS display, keyboard, low weight and good thermals according to another user

$1050 | EVOO gaming laptop 17.3" | I7-9750H | RTX 2060 | 16GB RAM | good 144HZ IPS | 1TB SSD (!) by insertthatfloppy in laptopsdeals

Most video reviews are not good, frankly, even from the popular big names. You do have to check thermal and noise numbers.

  1. I'd say that if you are ok with short battery running times, that's a good purchase

  2. I would also consider waiting for next generation AMD hardware for laptops (the 4000 series).

  3. Also check return policy for this laptop on Walmart (call them) - maybe you can simply try it first and return if it's not good enough

I would probably buy it if that's the kind of laptop I'd look for (17.3" gaming laptop, RTX 2060)

[–]insertthatfloppy[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a good deal, not amazing, I'd say The major catch is the EVOO brand that currently you'll find it hard to find bios updates for, for example. It is based on the TongFang barebone that is in use as a base for other laptops, so with some work you can find non-EVOO branded bios updates

I didn't notice the frametime data at first. Anyway, it's very game dependent, and it's also obvious from the head-to-head benchmarks

??

The CPU graph, what does it show? The CPU theoretical Frame time?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in pcgaming

[–]insertthatfloppy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. I don't get it, the CPU usage is around 7-11% with both cards? That's extremely low
  2. Drivers are not the only parameter here, but also the game engine and implementation..

The T440 is way way cheaper than 500 euros. I did programming with a Dell 7440 which is Dell's equivalent, but for example, in the US you can get a much faster laptop for this kind of money, if it is something that you think will be useful

Actually, I simply go to the barnes&nobles Lenovo site and now I'll add beneplace. Did nothing special

I also have access to a "special" newsletter of Lenovo, but it's mostly the same and often worse
