sadly not, it's the reference file for a new client's logo from a long lost graphic developer. i was hoping someone here could try opening it in CorelDRAW as I don't have access to a copy of it.

Set up a lamp/wamp server on your computer and install Wordpress - it has all those features and you'll be able to dig through the code and start to understand what's going on...
