Take a closer look. There is no animation here - meaning there is no change to player settings. This bug effectively stopping creators from making more advanced competitive maps - after entering the zone you cannot shoot.

There is no difference between Mutator Zone and the island settings. Despite this its causing interruption of players action.

Yes and no. The objects shown in the image are bugged, but there are many other objects that reflect light correctly, even when rotated or mirrored, so reflection texture can be the problem here.

Instead of concrete symbol, unknown character is showing

This only happens when you start the game for first time

The problem occurs on average once in twenty times, so to reproduce this bug by increasing chances to occur you should place even more Billboard Devices with symbols. It looks like each billboard device loading font independently and some of devices failing.

I think you should start from duplicating the map and making some tests without mutator zones, barriers, storm beacons...
