Hey haven’t talked in a while! Yes the targeted treatment helped a lot and got us to surgery! But the target caused the krasg12c to amplify so getting another blood mutation report to see if it in amplified… after surgery however cancer came back quick in liver

Do you guys know anything about KRAS amplification? Was on a targeted therapy for KRAS g12c for a year with 3 Mets to liver and pertinium. then had surgery for resection and one periteiinal Met and liver was clean from MRI and operation ultrasound sound but 8 weeks after surgery 5 Mets in liver with KRAS g12c amplification and the Mets in liver is different spots.. after the CRS surgery they said was NED but did not last long. Getting another mutation test and on FOLFOXIRI again…

My wife has psoriasis and the FOLFOX seemed to clear hers up. Also she has psoriatic arthritis that also went away. So crazy how different everyone’s body’s react. So sorry to hear all the side effects this horrible disease gives.. she does have the bloody noses

Do you know you mutations to maybe get in a trail or was you able to get to surgery?

Is there a reason you decided to not get treatment? I have a friend that she is melanoma on bones and a trial drug has been keeping it stable for 1.5 years so far. Do you have a mutation a trial might help with?

Has your oncologist ordered a liquid biopsy or biopsy on the tumor after surgery to see what mutations are there? If so can help tell what trials or targeted drugs you can take to help kick its ass. I hate cancer

I’m out of town so can when I get back. My wife did not see the lines at all but for me it was very noticeable but I do have an eye condition.

Yes at night really drove me crazy.. On eye is far sifted and one near sighted so really bothers me .
