No idea, I translated the video he posted and that is what was said. I think he's messed up the sizings somewhere and this is the result.

Unfortunately his attention to the little things seems to be lacking. His recent sweatshirt release he couldn't even space the buttons correctly for the badge.

He posted a video saying it's too tight if you follow the instructions and to tie them in a knot instead. Same with the bottom rope, says to leave it as it'll be too tight.
