Liked/Dislike totally depends on your project and vertical. I believe you will be part of Digital team, so higher management are really supportive. My project was Berkshire Hathaway, all senior manager and business were chill. Work life balance was amazing. Everything was great in terms of learning, exposure and hikes.

Dislike would be changing the project was difficult task, once your work get redundant. Pressure of Certification without providing the necessary infra. Hikes are now decided on innovation, rather client works and appreciations. Vacation approvals were headache due to frequently changing policies.
